It started, as so many good things do, with coffee, cake and a conversation. Nola Griffiths and her daughter Donna had just trawled the high street looking for the perfect and unusual wedding gift. After finding something that didn't quite live up to exectations but was OK, they were then told that having it engraved would cost extra and would take 14 days.

"Wouldn't it have been nice to have found all the choice in one shop with engraving done for free and in less than 3 days" Nola said and Ta Dah! the idea for our first online business, Love & Lace, was born.

Fast forward eleven years, thousands more products, a diversified range, more staff and larger premises and we find ourselves here with Nola, our latest website offering quality, personalised gifts for all of life's special occasions.

Never deviating from our original commitment of offering unique and unusual gifts that cannot be found on the High Street coupled with friendly and efficient service, we've worked hard to develop and extend our range of personalised products to ensure that you get the perfect product that is right for you.

Sadly Nola is no longer with us having passed away a few years ago but the business is very much still a family affair inspired by her vision and commitment to quality which is why we named this website in her honour.

It's been 11 years of hard work and of ups and downs but we are still here and thrilled with the success of our products so far, a success that we owe all to you, our customers. But it doesn't end there.
