Perfect Twelve is a psychological thriller set in the traditional world of barbering with a rockabilly music vibe. The story follows Johnny Razor, an obsessive and psychotic barber with a mission to acquire the 12 vintage haircuts featured on his shop's poster by killing and scalping his victims. The film switches between the exciting worlds of adult cabaret, tattoo culture, and burlesque to the dark and perverse mind of a serial killer. As Johnny's obsession grows, we see the other side of him, his deceit to his girlfriend, addiction to tattoos, and his OCD. The film ends with a final twist.

Elliot's life takes a dramatic turn when he befriends a new girl who moves in next door.
